Welcome to Blackbird Hollow Cottage Bakery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We kindly ask that you read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Cottage Bakery Disclosure

Blackbird Hollow Cottage Bakery operates under local Cottage Food Laws. All items are prepared in a private home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection. While we uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, we are not a commercial bakery.

2. Order Placement & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our official website or social media channels as specified.

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Pick-Up Policy

  • Orders are for pick-up only from our magical cottage shed or designated patio pantry at the time you selected during checkout.

  • Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. We cannot guarantee availability outside of that time.

  • If you miss your pickup window, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, unclaimed items may be discarded without refund.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our baked goods:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us directly so we can address your concerns.

5. Allergens & Special Diets

While some ingredients may be naturally gluten-free or nut-free, we do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen. Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.

6. Custom Orders

We offer limited custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Custom orders require a minimum of [insert lead time, e.g., 1-2 weeks] and may be subject to availability and seasonal ingredients.

7. Product Descriptions & Imagery

We do our best to represent our items truthfully. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each item may vary slightly in appearance. Product descriptions and images are intended to give a general idea of what to expect.

8. Intellectual Property

All product names, recipes, photography, packaging, stories, and artwork are the intellectual property of Blackbird Hollow Cottage Bakery and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
